Family is the basic unit of the society. If each family is in Financial Chaos, the society will become chaotic. When there is lack of financial resources with in a family, tendency of some family members will resort into crimes just to make easy money. If each Filipino household just knew how to manage small amounts of money and have the mindset and skill to let it grow, there will be less problems.

     I my case, I joined IMG May of 2008 because I saw my parents are still struggling with their finances because I always overheard them about their money fights even they are both professionals and have positions in their desired careers. I don't want that to happen in my time. I saw a need to build passive income streams while I am still young so that when I reach about their age, their will be abundant supply of financial resources. This is why I really push IMG hard also to everyone so that each can also be equipped with Financial Skills.

     There were my biggest challenge when I was knew in IMG because, their mindset is completely opposite to what IMG teach about money that is why they are struggling financially. During that time I wanted to quit but I saw that they will struggle later on if they don't follow the principles taught here and so I stayed.

     Now they are both retired, I realize that their retirement money from the company was just there to pay off their debts but still they have debts remaining. If I quit and listen to them in the past, we will be in deep financial struggles today because my salary when I was still working wasn't even enough for me.

     The event that totally converted them to do IMG is when I invited them to attend IMG Annual Convention 2014 when I was awarded  as Senior Marketing Director with a plaque. I told them, If both of you attended my recognition when I was in my academic years, now is the best time you also attend at my recognition in the real world with thousand of people came from different walks of life. The event build them up and their confidence shoots up that this company is a real huge company and when they saw Bro. Bo Sanchez speaking at the event. My mother is a great follower of Bo Sanchez Kerygma Magazines.

Now, my parents are both Senior Marketing Directors of IMG, the big event, my persistence and toughness to head-on with them everyday what changed them from 100% negative to 100% positive into this business.

      In the family picture, I included my grand mother because she was the one nurturing me when I was still young because my parents both working very hard for us to survive. My grand mother was like a second mother to me. Everything I want to do, she supported me. During the times I fight with my mom because of IMG, she is always there at my side. But now she is already with the Lord. I don't have anymore the chance to bring her to the travel destinations that was only in my dreams that now a reality with IMG. Time flies so fast, 1 click I am already in my thirties and my parents now growing old too. I will be starting my own family soon.
